About OPC.NG
OPC.NG (Next Generation OPC) serves one-person companies in the age of AI: find policies, get contract templates, choose tools and find work. It is maintained by Yanhuang Epoch.
On this site, OPC means a one-person company that runs on AI. It is not a legal company type, such as the One Person Company registered in India or the Philippines.
Three sites, three jobs

- Each piece of content lives on one site only. The other sites link to it.
How we handle content
- Policies come from official sources only, and each entry shows the date we last checked it. Entries not checked for more than 90 days are marked.
- The operator provides the contract template texts, and we publish them only after review.
- Every entry in the tools directory states our commercial relationship with it, and that relationship never moves a tool up.
- We do not publish members’ contact details or any client information.
